ACCOMODATIONS & PRICING OPTIONS

Gatherwild Ranch is such a special place to host a retreat not just because of the stunning nature but because all of the accommodations are unique. You get to choose what kind of experience you would like to have!

All accommodations (except for Shasta Vintage Camper) have 1 bed (queen or king). That means, you can either book the accommodation for yourself, or share with a friend, partner, sibling, parent, etc (you will see the cost for private, double, or triple). If you choose to share you can either share the bed or a twin cot can be brought in (they are comfy, we promise). If you would like to choose a double or triple rate and do not have someone you would like to share with we can place you with another guest!

Once you have chosen which accommodation you would like to book, please click on the link to fill out the document (answering all questions), and put down your $150 nonrefundable deposit (regardless if you will be solo or sharing).

That ensures your accommodation is yours. All accommodations are first come first serve!

Additionally, the rooms do not have private bathrooms. There is a brand new bathhouse on the property with renovated showers and bathrooms. We will include a map of the property below so you can see where your room is in relation to everything!

The Pink House

This charming bungalow hosts a Queen size bed and sits in the valley of a former apple orchard at Gatherwild Ranch. The pink house is a private space nestled in the orchard with a private sun deck, hammock, picnic table, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs. Solar lights glow inside in the evening, as well as electricity and AC installed for additional comfort. This is the perfect shady grove and the stargazing here is spectacular.

Single: $1250 pp
Double: $850 pp

Upstate Tent

Upstate is has a cantilevered deck that overlooks the pastures and gets an amazing sunrise in the morning. It has a Queen bed and is a short walk from the parking area and bathhouse, and sits to the west side of the orchard at the border of the woods edge. This cute and luxurious accommodation comes with a private picnic table, firepit, and Adirondack chairs. Solar lights glow inside in the evening, and the stargazing here is spectacular. Upstate has solar-powered plugs, but no Wi-Fi.

*If 2 people share Upstate, a twin cot can be arranged or the Queen bed can be shared. If 2 people share, two cots can be arranged.

Firefly Tent

Firefly Tent has a spectacular view up on the ridgeline of Gatherwild Ranch. It is the longest walk from the parking area and bathhouse, and sits at the border of the woods edge. Firefly was one of the original sites due to the epic feeling up along the rocky hill that shows the entire orchard. The tent platform has a deck that overlooks the landscape, and sits back privately towards the wooded area with a private picnic table, firepit, and Adirondack chairs. Stargazing here is the best. Firefly has solar-powered plugs, but no Wi-Fi.

*If 2 people share Firefly, a twin cot can be arranged or the Queen bed can be shared.

A Frame

This artist designed and made cabin is both modern & rustic in architecture and sure to win your heart and visual desires. It is private yet conveniently located near a brand new stunning bathhouse. The A-Frame has a Queen bed with a rooftop deck where you can look out over the landscape, a private picnic table, firepit, and Adirondack chairs. 

*If 2 people share A Frame, a twin cot can be arranged or the Queen bed can be shared.

Stargazer Tent

Stargazer is a canvas tent and resides close to the bathhouse and has a queen size bed.  The tent has a platform with a low deck that overlooks the landscape, and sits back privately towards the rear of the orchard with a private picnic table, firepit, and Adirondack chairs. Solar lights glow inside in the evening, and the stargazing here is spectacular.

*There is no wifi available in the room. If 2 people share Stargazer, a twin cot can be arranged or the Queen bed can be shared.

Luxury Belle Tent

Luxury Belle Tent boasts the largest size floor space with a magical tent shape and a king sized bed, a spacious sunbathing deck and a centralized location inside the orchard and maintains Wi-Fi service. The tent is surrounded with private grassy knolls and has a private picnic table, firepit, and Adirondack chairs.

*If Luxury Belle is shared, a twin cot can be arranged or the King bed can be shared.

The Guest House

The Guest House is a renovated offset of the 1850's farmhouse with a Queen bed. You will get the best of both modern convenience - like electricity, AC, in-house coffee maker and reliable Wi-Fi, yet have the outdoor experience right outside your doorway. A small sun porch is great for weekend coffee, and the nighttime stargazing here is spectacular.

*If 2 people share The Guest House, a twin cot can be arranged or the Queen bed can be shared.

Shasta Vintage Camper

Kitschy & cool, it has restored original interior, with full electricity, AC & Wi-Fi. It is nestled down in the orchard and hosts two full size beds. The Shasta has all accommodations too, and features a private picnic table outside, fire-pit, and Adirondack chairs. Solar lights glow inside in the evening, and the stargazing here is spectacular.

This is the only accommodation with two full beds, so it is perfect if you are coming solo and want to share a space with someone new!
